4. Purchasing - Inventory
Products and prices listed on this site are subject to availability. Therefore, if an item is out of stock, we will notify you at the time of your order. However, in exceptional cases, such as when multiple customers order the same item simultaneously, errors or corrections may occur.
If we are unable to ship the ordered product, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. In such cases, you may either change your order to another product listed on this site or cancel the order.
Any amount deducted from your bank account despite order cancellation will be refunded. (For credit card payments, refunds will be processed through the credit card company; refund timing varies depending on the card issuer's procedures.) We assume no responsibility for product stockouts or the possibility of restocking. We may change products listed on this site at any time without notice.
5. Purchase
5-1. Purchase - Order Conditions

5-2. Purchase - Formation of the Order Contract
5-2-1. Formation of Contract
After confirming your order and payment on the checkout screen, your order is transmitted to us and processed. At this point, your contract application is accepted, thereby forming the sales contract.
Subsequently, an 'Order Confirmation' email detailing your order and confirming its receipt will be sent from our site. However, in the following cases, order cancellations may exceptionally occur after the order confirmation email is sent:

If your order is canceled, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible. In such cases, we are unable to hold the item for you. Therefore, we will cancel the order and ask you to place a new order for the item listed on our website.

To ensure all customers can enjoy shopping, we may restrict the purchase quantity and period for certain products. You cannot select which items to cancel.

6. Purchase - Product Price and Payment
Product prices are displayed in Japanese yen (including consumption tax), and shipping is free (see "8-1. Shipping and Delivery"). The price displayed on this site at the time your order is confirmed will be the amount charged to you, provided the ordered items are in stock at that time.
We make every effort to display accurate product information on this site. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed for a product on the site, we will determine the price or respond as follows:
If the correct price of the product is lower than the price displayed on this site, we will charge you the lower price.
If the correct price is higher than the price displayed on this site, at our discretion, we will either contact you before shipment to inform you of the correct price and request your instruction to proceed with shipment, or we will contact you to inform you that we will cancel your order.
When you place an order on our site, we accept payment via various credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, Paidy, and PayPal. Please enter your information at the time of ordering.
Accepted credit cards are MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express® only. Credit cards must be in the name of the person placing the order. Cards issued overseas may not be accepted. Your order will ship after your payment method is verified and payment processing is authorized.

7. Retention of Title
Ownership of the goods shall remain with us until all payments have been completed by the customer. Ownership of the goods shall transfer to the customer upon completion of payment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other issues involving the goods.
8. Shipping
8-1. Shipping and Delivery
We ship using our designated carrier in a dedicated package. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
We ship within Japan and worldwide. However, some areas may be inaccessible for delivery.
Products will be shipped to the address entered on the shipping address input screen.
We typically ship within 5 business days*1 starting the next business day after your order is received.
*1 Our business days are Monday through Friday ( excluding major holidays such as year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon ).
For shoulder straps "With Me," Made-to-order, custom orders, and pre-order items, shipping times vary. Delivery dates are listed separately on each product page. Additionally, delivery may be delayed due to high order volume or stock shortages. Please confirm these details before placing your order.Shipping may be delayed depending on your location due to concentrated shipping orders or transportation issues. If we are unable to deliver an item due to being sold out, our Customer Support Desk will contact you via email or phone.
We do not charge shipping fees.
We may ship your order in multiple shipments depending on inventory status and other factors. If this is due to our inventory or shipping circumstances, no additional shipping fees will be charged. If you request multiple shipments, we will charge shipping fees for each individual shipment.
8-2. Shipping - Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days*1 of the next business day*2 following order acceptance.

8-3. Shipping - Product Storage Period
If a return occurs due to refusal of delivery after shipment, inability to deliver due to customer circumstances, or prolonged absence (subject to the carrier's storage period), we will treat it as a customer-initiated return after contacting you via email or phone from our Customer Support Desk within 7 days of the carrier returning the item to us. For reshipment, the handling fee and shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Any fees and shipping costs incurred due to refusal of delivery or prolonged absence will be the customer's responsibility.Charges will be applied to the credit card or other payment method used at the time of order.
Please also note that we may decline future orders from you.
9. Returns and Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for products other than defective items or incorrect deliveries.
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact our Customer Support Desk (via chat or the inquiry form) within 7 business days starting from the date you received the item.
If you return the item COTANTIN within 30 business days from the date you received it, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Please note that even for defective or incorrectly shipped items, we may decline refunds and return the items in the following cases:
- You did not contact the customer support desk in advance.
- If the number of days from the date you received the product until the returned item arrives at our facility exceeds 30 days,
- We will not accept returns or refunds for items purchased outside of this website. If we are unable to contact you at all within 14 days starting from the date the returned item arrives at our facility.

10. Exchange
Exchanges are generally limited to the same item in a different Color, pattern, or size.
Please note that we may decline exchanges in any of the following cases:
- Without prior contact with the customer support desk
- If the number of days from the date you received the product until the returned item arrives at our facility exceeds 30 days,
- If we are unable to contact you at any point during the 14-day period starting from the date your returned item arrives at our facility
- Evidence of use has been detected.
- Some parts of the product are missing.
- The accessories included with the shipment from our company are missing.
- Any modifications, such as belt hole punching, have been made since the item was shipped from our company.
For exchanges requested by the customer, the shipping cost for returning the product to us will be borne by the customer.
When returning the product to us, please include all of the following items with the product. We will not process exchanges if any of the required items are missing.
- Product
- Receipt (for customers who requested one)
- All accessories included in the package along with the product at the time of delivery
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, misdelivery, or delayed delivery of items returned by customers during transit.
