Returns and Refunds on This Site
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for products other than defective items or incorrect deliveries.
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact our Customer Support Desk (via chat or the inquiry form at https://cotantin.com/pages/contact ) within 7 business days starting from the date you received the item.
If you return the item COTANTIN within 30 business days from the date you received it, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Please note that even for defective or incorrectly shipped items, we may decline refunds and return the items in the following cases:
- You did not contact the customer support desk in advance.
- If the number of days from the date you received the product until the returned item arrives at our facility exceeds 30 days,
- We will not accept returns or refunds for items purchased outside of this website. If we are unable to contact you at all within 14 days starting from the date the returned item arrives at our facility.
- Intentional damage is recognized.
