About Shipping
Your order will ship within two months from the end of the month in which it was placed.
※For orders placed in November, December, or August, shipping will occur within three months, taking into account the extended holiday period.

As this falls within two months from the end of May, the latest shipment date will be the end of July.
Please note that as these items are handcrafted by artisans after the order deadline, production will take some time.
Except for certain items*, we ship within 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
*Regarding Shoulder Straps
The "With Me" shoulder strap will ship within two months from the end of the month in which your order was placed.
Orders placed in November, December, or August will be shipped within three months, taking into account the extended holiday period.
Example: For orders placed on May 10th
As this falls within two months from the end of May, the latest shipment date will be the end of July.

About Gifts
Except for large items and certain other products, all ordered items will be shipped in a dedicated gift box.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept exchanges or returns only for products with initial defects.
Please contact our Customer Support Desk within 7 days of the product's arrival date, and then return the product COTANTIN within 30 days of the product's arrival date.
However, this applies only to items in their original packaging as purchased.
