Delete cookies on iPhone

I will introduce how to delete the site data of COTANTIN accumulated on the iPhone. Please try this method when the COTANTIN site is not functioning properly.

Examples:

• The payment screen is not displayed in your language.
• The entire site is displayed in Japanese.

5 Step Cookie Deletion

1. Open the "Settings" app, then tap on Safari.

   

2. Open the  Advanced in sequence.
   
   
   

3. Tap on Website Data to display a list of site data for websites you have visited.

   

4. Search for "cotantin" in the Search Box. Either "en.cotantin.com", "cotantin.com", or both will appear in the list.

   

5. Tap on EDIT at the bottom right.

   

6. tap on the minus icon next to "en.cotantin.com" and "cotantin.com".
   
   
   

7. Tap on DELETE that appears to remove the site data for COTANTIN.

   

8. Once the deletion is complete, tap Done.
