Product delivery time:
We usually ship within 5 business days*1 from the next business day*2 after receiving your order.

*1 弊社営業日は月曜日から金曜日 (年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆などの大型連休を除く)
*2 受注生産品やオーダー商品については、商品ページにお届け時期を別途記載しております。また、ご注文が集中した場合や品切れの場合、お届けが遅れることがございます。

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations:

当サイトでのご返品・返金 不良品・誤配以外の商品のご返品・返金・交換は承っておりませんので予めご了承ください。

不良品・誤配の場合は、商品お受取日を起算日とし7営業日以内にカスタマーサポートデスク（info@cotantin.com）までご相談ください。

If you return the item to COTANTIN within 30 business days from the date you receive it, we will provide a refund or exchange.

Please note that even in the case of defective or misdelivery, we may refuse to refund and send back the item in any of the following cases.

• Failure to contact the customer support desk in advance
• The number of days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the date of arrival of the returned goods at our company exceeds 30 days.
• We will not be able to contact you within 14 days from the date of arrival of the returned product. We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased outside of our site.
